Tom Stoppard's The Real Thing

Red&Black Stage will be holding auditions for Tom Stoppard's
The Real Thing on Saturday, September 2nd and Sunday, September 3rd between the hours of 12:00p and 4:00p each day.

The Real Thing is a 7-character drama-comedy. The story centers around the deep but never fully satisfying love between
Henry (a playwright) and Annie (an actress). They are both married when they start an affair. Soon they both divorce and find themselves in a relationship with each other that still does not give them
everything they crave.

Scripts are available at The Santa Cruz City Library Reference Desk. The Real Thing will run from February 23rd, 2007 through March 24th, 2007 as part of Actors' Theatre's next season.
